We would like to inform you of an upcoming scheduled maintenance activity which will impact RuPay transactions via Cybersource. This activity involves updating the signer certificates, which are due for expiration in May 2024, with the National Payments Corporation of India for the RuPay acquirers (rupayhdfc, rupayaxis, rupayyesbank) in the Production environment. As a result, there will be a temporary disruption to our services. The affected portfolios have been notified.
The maintenance is scheduled for 23rd April between 12am to 3am IST, with an expected downtime of 1 hour.
Following services will be impacted during this period:
Payer Auth (seamless and redirection)
Tokenization (Registration, Subsequent, De registration)
Standing Instruction -Seamless, Redirection (Registration, Modification, Intimation)
Online Reversal
Hashing for redirection
Digital Signature authentication.
The maintenance is scheduled for 23rd April between 12am to 3am IST, with an expected downtime of 1 hour.
