We will be performing planned maintenance on the Acceptance Devices platform starting at 07:00 AM GMT for approximately 2 hours.
As part of our ongoing efforts to improve the reliability and resilience of our platform, we will optimize the network connection between our datacenters for CyberSource traffic. We do not expect any service disruption during this maintenance window. The current connectivity configuration will remain in place as a backup while a new primary connection is introduced.
Impact:
Customers may experience degraded transaction‑processing performance for approximately 2–3 minutes during the changeover. Please advise your clients to retry their transactions if they encounter any issues.
