Cybersource continue to investigate the issue that impacted access to our Business Center.
While we continue to investigate this issue, a potential workaround for existing users is to reset their password using the "Forgot password" link and attempt to login.
Impact: Some users may observe an "Identity Verification Failed" error message while attempting to log in to the Business Center.
