Update

We are continuing to investigate the cause and working urgently to resolve the issue currently affecting the Business Center.

Merchants attempting to access the Key Management screen in the Sandbox Business Center portal via the URL "https://ubctest.cybersource.com/ebc2/" will not have the page load appropriately. The workaround is to use the alternative URL "https://ebc2test.cybersource.com/ebc2/"

Impact:Merchants will be unable to generate keys for use within the Sandbox environment when logged into the affected URL
