We continue to investigate the issue affecting Visa Platform Connect (VPC) and we appreciate your patience as we work urgently to implement a mitigation.
Impact: Merchants may intermittently see "Issuer inoperative or other system problem" on Mastercard Credit Auth Transactions via VPC processor and may be unable to refund Mastercard payments.
