Resolved

The issue affecting certain Business Center reports has now been fully resolved. Cybersource is conducting an internal review of the events to mitigate future occurrences.

Impact: Transaction Request Reports (TRR) and Payment Batch Detail Reports (PBDR) may have been delivered later than usual for some clients. Clients are now able to receive Business Center reports as normal.

Update

We continue to work on the fix and we appreciate your patience as we work urgently to implement a mitigation.

Kindly note that this incident is not affecting Payment Gateway Processing, contrary to previous communications.

Impact: Transaction Request Reports (TRR) and Payment Batch Detail Reports (PBDR) may be delivered later than usual for some clients. A subset of transactions for some customers may experience funding settlement delays. Additionally, some billing fields for impacted transactions may be temporarily missing from the Transaction Details page.
