Investigating

Cybersource is aware of an issue that is currently affecting Follow-On Credits in the Business Center for Custom Role users.

We have identified the issue causing impact and working urgently to roll back the change.

Impact: Users with custom roles in the Enterprise Business Center (EBC) may encounter issues when attempting to complete follow-on credits. This issue does not affect users with Administrator privileges. Teams are aware of the problem and are actively working on a resolution.
