The issue affecting Service Fee Bill requests is resolved in the Production environment. The issue has not been resolved in the CAS testing environment where merchants may still experience intermittent issues.
Impact: Merchants are now able to use Service Fee Bill requests as normal in production, however, may still experience intermittent issues in the testing environment.
