Resolved
The issue affecting the Business Center Transaction Search has now been fully resolved. Cybersource is conducting an internal review of the events to mitigate future occurrences.

Impact: Customers are now able to use the Business Center as normal.

Cybersource is aware of an issue that is currently affecting the Business Center transaction search. A small number of transactions may have data showing up later than expected. There is no issue with processing of the transaction or receiving of the data.
We are investigating the cause and working urgently to resolve the issue.
Impact:EBC merchants may see data, for instance MDD or Billing fields show up in the Transaction Search later than normal.
