Investigating
Decision Manager (DM) merchants who are configured to utilize the QUOD third party service and have setup DM rules which invoke this service may see unexpected rule results due to a QUOD error that is affecting the data quality being evaluated by DM.

Impact: Merchants may see DM rules triggering as REJECT and EBC users may see a red banner error when attempting to view QUOD-specific third party data.
