Resolved
The issue affecting the REST API in the Customer Acceptance System (CAS) has now been fully resolved. Cybersource is conducting an internal review of the events to mitigate future occurrences.

Impact: Customers are now able to use the REST API Service in the Customer Acceptance System (CAS) as normal.

This only impacts CAS Testing environment. Production transactions are processing normally.
Impact:Users may be experiencing issues with REST API in CAS. Merchants testing may receive HTTP 502 "System Error" responses until the issue is mitigated.
