The renewal of our Alternate Payment Common Transaction Processing API is a process that occurs at regular intervals. In this process, Cybersource creates a certificate and provides it to our list of Alternate Payment Partners. The certificate contains a public key in which our partners are required to update on their end. The keys must be updated by all partners that are integrated with our CTP API at a precise time. The certificate renewal date is 27 April 2024 04:30 GMT
Impact: Clients may be impacted if the payment service provider does not update the certificate or may see failures during the certificate update if they do not support multiple certificates. In the event there is an issue arising from the certificate renewal process, a rollback to the previous certificate is always a viable option.
