Cybersource is aware of an issue that is currently affecting Prosa transaction processing. Cybersource observed an increase in intermittent errors through the Prosa gateway. Merchants impacted may have seen a "Processing Time-Out" returned in their authorization transactions. We are investigating the cause and working urgently to resolve the issue.
