Cybersource is aware of an issue that is currently affecting email One Time Passcode (OTP) in our Sandbox/Testing Environment.
Initial investigation revealed that the issue could be related to a new subdomain "donotreply@test.cybersource.com" applied. We advise merchants to whitelist the new sender address "donotreply@test.cybersource.com" as a temporary workaround while we are work urgently to resolve the issue.
Impact: Merchants are unable to receive email OTP to access Business Center in Customer Acceptance System (CAS)
