Resolved

The issue affecting Spanish-language installed Chrome users in the Business Center and Invoicing products has now been fully resolved. Cybersource is conducting an internal review of the events to mitigate future occurrences.

Customers / Merchants who installed Spanish local Chrome Web Browser may observe a red bar error navigating in the EBC and/or paying using the invoicing application.

Update

As a possible solution, please try uninstalling Chrome completely and then reinstalling it in English. After that, attempt to download your receipts from the Business Center again.

We are investigating the cause and working urgently to resolve the issue.
